Here at “U GOT IT pressure washing solutions LLC” we value our clients business and their
properties. We pride ourselves on delivering nothing but stellar results. In order to accomplish
these tasks we utilize eco-friendly chemicals, solutions, and detergents when addressing your
requests for services. While keeping in mind that we may need to utilize industrial strength
additives to help enhance the removal of stubborn stains and markings on your property. During
an event where industrial strength additives are needed, you will be notified in advance prior to
the use of said additives as they will require an additional charge on the work up sheet.
As always, we are as transparent and upfront as can be with all our current and future clients.
That being said, pricing is subject to change at any time prior to or during the commencement of
any field work order. Reason for changes can be related to additional work prior/during the
project which are labeled as (add ons). To ensure we maintain a healthy and professional
partnership with the client, you will be notified in advance by any member of our company of any
said price changes prior to the continuation of the project. The pricing listed on these documents
are an average estimate for our current and future clients to gain knowledge of our services.
Our trained staff will advise the property owners of any guidelines, processes and procedures
that will prevent property damages prior to the start of any project giving the property owner
24-hours to make any necessary changes to ensure the delivery of excellent results. If any
instructions are not followed by the operator or service member the customer will be held liable
and we will halt all work and services till the correction is done. There will be an additional
$15.00 delay and startup fee assessed to the customers billing invoice for the first hour (the
amount will increase every 30-minutes by $5.00 till corrected)
If the customer wishes to terminate any work order prior to services they will NOT be
subject to any cancellation fees if done 24-hours prior to their scheduled appointment
time this excludes contracts. The customer will be charged a $50.00 termination of
service fee if the 24-hour rule was not met. Any forfeit of contracts will need to be done
30-days in advance
An additional $25.00 water transport fee will be added to any service request where our
company will transport water to any job site (per trip) till completion of the work order
(This fee is waived for personal vehicle washes and detailing services as we utilize a water
softening application for a spotless detail service). This water transport fee applies if services
are within the city limits. If services are acquired by clients outside the City of San
Antonio limits the rate will increase for mileage of $0.50 per mile.
